Barriers of Professional Autonomy among Arab-Speaking Countries during Covid-19 Pandemic

Objectives: The aims of the study are to determine barriers nursing autonomy among Arab-Speaking countries during Covid-19 pandemic and difference in professional levels work place. Methods: Data collected from December 12 2020 March 15 2021 by Google form survey. Cross-sectional design was used present .A purposive sample 708 nurses who had met study's inclusion criteria were targeted. analyzed through use IBM-Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 17, which descriptive inferential statistical measures employed. Results: results showed no deference Arab speaking P =0.826 place (P=0.826). Most common absence law protecting duties(35.6%) perceived subjects, followed policy health (30.4%),followed hospital administration style (26.4%) domination or physicians authority (29.9%). Conclusion: duties, care sector, physician’s style. This result reflects highlights importance removing all obstacles upgrade nurse’s covered Arab-speaking counties.
